WAFarmersSince March 2008, Emerald has operated a groundbreaking marketing alliance with farm advocacy group the Western Australia Farmers Federation (WAFarmers), designed to run a wheat pool specifically for WAFarmers’ members. The relationship was initially established because of concerns that the process of deregulation could lead to a number of marketing services and product features disappearing from the Western Australian grain market. Of particular concern was the status of payment for quality, an issue which WAFarmers and Emerald both feel passionate about. To find out more visit the WAFarmers website |
