EP GrainEP Grain commenced operations in 2008 as a South Australian grains joint venture between Emerald and grower-owned company FREE Eyre Pty Ltd, focussing solely on the Eyre Peninsula. SQPSouthern Quality Produce (SQP) was established in 2007, creating a joint venture between Emerald and the grower-owned Southern Quality Produce Cooperative (SQP Cooperative). The two entities combine a strong level of domestic and international trading experience and a strong grower support base. SAGCommencing operations in 2009, Southern Ag Grain (SAG) formed a joint venture between Emerald and southern NSW grower group – Southern Ag Venture. SAG services the specific needs of the Southern NSW grain farmers. Proudly farmer focussed, this unique organisation provides a transparent, competitive suite of marketing products to grain producers in the region. Philp Brodie GrainsPhilp Brodie Grains (PBG) has been in operation since 1984 and is located in the heart and soul of Queensland’s agriculture community – Toowoomba. PBG place a strong emphasis on service and since opening have earned an enviable reputation within the industry. Sturt GrainIn 2011 Emerald commenced operations in South Australia under the business name Sturt Grain. This distribution team services growers from the Yorke Peninsula and all other grain growing regions of South Australia – except for the Eyre Peninsula (that are serviced by EP Grain).
